Description

We are selling some diff covers that have slight surface imperfections at a discounted price! These braces may have manual sanding marks and light scratches. While the finish may not be perfect, the parts will function 100% as intended. These braces will stiffen up the rear end and do their job in protecting the cast diff cover. We are excited to introduce our new E46 M3 Differential Cover Brace.

Protect your differential and strengthen one of the E46 M3's most common failure points with our CNC-machined Billet 6061 Aluminum Differential Cover Brace. Engineered to provide additional support to the rear differential cover, this brace helps prevent the differential mounting ears from cracking or breaking when subjected to aggressive driving conditions.

Whether your E46 M3 spends its time drifting, attacking road courses, launching hard, or enjoying spirited canyon drives, this differential brace adds an extra layer of protection where it's needed most.

Our design utilizes four mounting points on the differential along with the factory rear sway bar mounting hardware to create a rigid support structure. By reducing differential movement and limiting unwanted rotation under acceleration and deceleration, the brace helps distribute drivetrain loads more effectively throughout the rear subframe assembly. This not only helps safeguard the differential cover but can also reduce stress placed on the differential bushings, potentially extending their service life.

Each kit includes all required spacers and high-strength Grade 10.9 mounting hardware for a straightforward installation. The brace is designed to be installed without removing the rear sway bar and can typically be completed by a single person in less than 30 minutes using basic hand tools.
